Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Apihubzone cohort seats and private Continuity Desk fees invoiced by us. Website pricing pages are informational and do not create a purchase until an invoice is paid.

Timeframe

For open cohorts, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first live session. Cancellations received 7–13 days before the start may receive a 50% partial refund. Within 6 days of the start date, seats are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague at the same organization once.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds also apply if Apihubzone cancels a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 60 days. Partial refunds may be offered if a documented technical failure on our side prevents access to more than two live modules and recordings are unavailable within 72 hours.

Non-refundable items

Completed private workshops, custom material translation fees, on-site travel already incurred, and third-party platform licenses purchased at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@apihubzone.digital with your invoice number, participant name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request meets policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Apihubzone

If we cancel for instructor illness or under-enrollment, you may choose a future cohort credit or a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights than this Policy. Continuity Desk agreements may specify different notice periods negotiated in writing.
